The house has several terrace areas in which to relax and dine at, an infinity pool and a plunge pool, terraced gardens and lawns on several levels all offering stunning 180 degree views of the sea, Ibiza Town, Salinas and the beaches of Playa den Bossa and Es Cavallet. The reception entrance with its atrium has a grand staircase leading to the ample living and dining area all with sliding doors opening onto the terraces. The kitchen is truly spectacular, with all modern appliances and retractable sun roof that can be opened to let the cool breeze in. All the bedrooms are thoughtfully spread about the house ensuring guest’s privacy. There is also an independent self-contained apartment for the kids, guests or staff. Comfortable villa on a hillside with a large plot of land with no neighbors, overlooking the lake Salinas and the Mediterranean Sea, fully visible neighboring island of Formentera, the castle Dalt Vila. The villa is equipped with all comforts and fully equipped with necessary appliances.

Just 10 minutes to the island’s capital, to the airport – 7 minutes. The best beaches in the availability of 10-15 minutes. The villa consists of: 6 Bedrooms are spacious with en suite bathrooms; great big pool with lighting; lounge, satellite TV, music; lawns, beds; garden; chill-out; gym; Internet Wi-Fi.  

Cleaning, Towels… The guests are provided with 2 shower towels and 1pool towel each, changed once a week. Extra cleaning can be contracted for the duration of your stay. Garden and pool service: twice a week.

Cancelations In case of cancellation the following rates will be applied: Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total price Cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival: 70% of the total price Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 80% of the total price Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the of the total price

Your Booking Payments 50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment 8 weeks before the arrival together with the damage deposit of 3000 € which is to be refunded up to 14 day after your check out.

Animals / Pets The property doesn´t allow pets.

Arrival / Departure The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is also possible subject to availability.
