The impressive house has elevated distant sea & sunset views and is surrounded by pine trees. The villa is accessed along a long gated driveway, the quiet track to the gates is about a 3 minute drive before you reached the tarmacked road. There are 3 buildings that make up the villa; the main house with 4 bedrooms, the lower house with 4 bedrooms, and the smaller guest house, measuring approximately 80 square metres, has 4 bedrooms and is located about 50 metres from the main house. The villa is fully air-conditioned (all bedrooms and reception rooms), and Wi-Fi throughout. The villa also has a high specification security system, and the villa has an entry phone, as well as some neat little gadgets including the large speakers on the terrace next to the pool here which, at the flick of a switch, rise from the ground The pool measures 15m long x 3m wide and from here you have views to the west coast. There is a BBQ, chill out area & loungers. The grounds measure 22,500 square metres.    If you book the 8 person price then you will stay in the main house, and won’t have access to the bedrooms in the lower house or guest house, but you will have exclusive access to all the other facilities at the villa If you book the 16 person then you will stay in the main house and the lower house and won’t have access to the bedrooms in the guest house, but you will have exclusive access to all the other facilities at the villa The 24 person price will give you access to all the bedrooms including the guest house 8 hours cleaning per day is included.
