Luxury Villa   Can Baboo – sleeps up to 12 people. This luxury hilltop villa is made up of a main house and four annexes and has been recently remodelled (2022) with the discerning guest in mind. With amazing sea views of the east coast and a location in a beautiful and secluded natural park, this opulent hideaway offers supreme privacy and security and is accessed by a private drive. The villa is exquisitely decorated throughout with particular attention to colour and light. There is much fine detail in the fixtures, fittings and beautiful pieces of carefully chosen furniture. Main house The main entrance is located in the main building, which has sumptuously decorated living room and dining area offering great views of the garden and the sea. Travertine Marble tiled floors give an air of cool. You will fall in love with all the detail of the decor, with Venetian stucco walls, solid wooden doors, Persian carpets and pastel shades. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with 2 terraces overlooking the Morna Valley, garden and sea. There is also a smaller bedroom downstairs, which can be used for children with either one large bed or two smaller beds.

Annexe 1 – The Fishpond Overlooking the fishpond, is this luxury guest suite with a bed that features a special comfort mattress and a spacious en-suite bathroom. Like something from a fairytale, the design of this space will delight.

Annexe 2 – The Donkey Park A second guest house offers another exquisite bedroom next to Annexe 1 with a large en-suite bathroom and Moroccan-style wardrobe.

Annexe 3 – The Forest Third luxury guest suite that overlooks the forest and the Morna Valley with a big walk-in wardrobe. On request and by adding a desk and lamp with a computer and printer, this room can also be used as an office space for the busy business executive.

Annexe 4 – The Studio This beach-style studio with its spacious wooden floored terrace is very private as it lies separate from the main house. It is self-contained with its own kitchen and a generously-sized sitting area. As well as the studio, this annexe also houses an additional apartment used by service staff. EXTRAS You are always connected here with Wi-Fi (high speed internet via SKY, DSL) throughout the inside and outside spaces with unlimited internet usage. All bedrooms have the latest generation Samsung Flat Screen TVs with Satellite and Canal+ Movie Channels in most languages. There is Sonos music system on the entire property (including rooms, pool, terraces) which can be controlled via 10 iPads. All rooms with high-end loudspeakers including terraces and pool connected to the music system accesible from the house system or your personal ipods. EXTERIOR Outside you will find your own sea of tranquility with the villa surrounded by luscious gardens. An olympic-sized pool with a Jacuzzi or chill out terrace right outside the living room are all optimised for your relaxation. There are many spaces to eat: you can take tea under the pergola or have a relaxing breakfast in the garden. Next to the fishponds, you will find the open barbecue which has a seating area next to it for gathering everyone together. You can find quiet in the Balinese meditation temple or visit the donkey forest, complete with 3 live donkeys to commune with nature. SERVICES Daily cleaning of rooms and a daily towel change with linen bedsheets being changed twice a week. The garden, pool and all outside areas are maintained on a daily basis also. On request and at an extra charge you can have breakfast made for you, plus there are also additional services for shopping, laundry, and cooking. On request children toys can be provided. NEARBY The villa is between two villages, San Lorenzo, which has some lovely restaurants and San Carlos, known for places like the iconic Bar Anita and Las Dalias hippy market. From there, you can access lovely beaches like Cala Nova and Cala Llenya. Santa Eulalia is also close and is famous as being the centre of gastronomy on Ibiza.
