Four of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and two share one bathroom. All rooms are bright, spacious and overlook the pool or garden, creating a tranquil and elegant atmosphere.

The open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen have direct access to the outdoor garden and pool area. Outside, guests can enjoy a large private swimming pool, barbecue area, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a shaded dining space with an outdoor bathroom.

The basement includes a gym and library, ideal for leisure and relaxation. The villa is equipped with an alarm system, safe box, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet. Each room has independent air conditioning for maximum comfort.

General cleaning is provided upon arrival and every Saturday. By the pool, guests can enjoy a BBQ area to prepare fresh meat, seafood or vegetables during their stay.

💳 Booking & Payments:
50% deposit required at booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. A €1,000 refundable security deposit is required upon check-in (paid by card – AMEX and Diners not accepted).
