Our house is a spacious and privileged villa located in a very quiet area, 1 km from the picturesque village of Sant Joant de Labritja, famous for its hippy street market, (located in the town square every Sunday from the 10:30 h), and only 7 km from the well-known beach of Benirrás in the north of the island of Ibiza, known worldwide for its spectacular sunsets and its hippy drum party on Sundays.
On the outside of the farm with a flat land of 17,700 m2 (fully fenced land) you can enjoy multiple free spaces for summer leisure, find the pool 14 x 4 m2, outdoor jacuzzi, dining area – barbecue, lawn, and some wonderful mediterranean gardens with fruit trees (orange, lemon, cherry, manzandos, quince, carob and centenarian olive trees).
Also outside we find a centenary ferris wheel, “safareig” with old irrigation system, stable of horses and beautiful views of the countryside.
The constructed area of ​​the house is 380 m2, it has two floors, a basement and ample private parking.
These plants are distributed as follows:
On the ground floor, we find a living room of 80 m2 with large windows and fully equipped kitchen, all with access to the exerior, a guest toilet, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 rooms that have a large terrace and views of the countryside (one of the rooms with en suite bathroom)
In the first floor, there is a room of 70 m2 with full bathroom and whirlpool bath, a large dressing room and outdoor terrace with beautiful views of the pool and the rest of the estate.
The house has heating and air conditioning, ADSL of 6 megawatts, equipped kitchen and laundry room with outdoor drying rack.

Cancelations

In case of cancellation the following rates will be applied:

Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total price

Cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival: 70% of the total price

Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 80% of the total price

Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the of the total price

Your Booking Payments
50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 3,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).

The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is available on request based on our occupancy levels. We would encourage you to inform us of the details of your stay so that we can give you better advise.
