The villa is situated on a hill behind the bay of Sa Caleta and Cala Yondal, In the South of the Island. All the trendy beaches with their exquisite restaurants like, Blue Marlin, Yemanja, Tropicana, Es Xarcu and Es Torrent are 5 – 10 min away. The airport is 7 min away but the airport noise can only rarely be heard.

– The villa has approximately 1100 m2 living space.
– The property approximately 24.000 m2.
– There is a pool with approximately 23 m x 4,5 m
– There are 3 double bedroom suites
– With the possibility of converting the loft ( gym, billiard, cinema) into another bedroom with two double beds for adolescents or kids.
– There is a bathroom en suite.

– Fully equipped kitchen and anti kitchen with dining facilities for 18 people
– Laundry room and patio for air drying
– Gym/Cinema/billiard room would still exist if two beds are added.
– Salon and dining room, with dining facilities for 14 – 16 people
– 2 guest cloak rooms
– Vast outside terraces with ample sunbathing and shaded areas.
– Dining facilities are up to 26 people.

– The villa and its vast terraces are all furnished to a very high standard. Most furnishings are custom made especially made for this property.

Bedrooms
– The 3 bedrooms have beds 2 m x 2m
– All bedrooms have big bathrooms with shower, bath tub, double sinks extra WC and bidet.
– Two have outside showers and only one has a shower, one sink and no bathtub (loft)
– Each bedroom has very large cupboards with ample hanging and shelf space.
– Each bedroom has independent air-condition with computerized temperature control.
– The master bedroom has a steam sauna.
– All bedrooms have hair dryers and bathrobes

All bedrooms have large window fronts that can be removed almost completely and allow living inside the bedrooms like on covered terraces. This is especially wonderful for air-condition opponents.

STAFF:
Included in the rental are A Filippino couple
They work 8 hours daily 5,5 days per week. They will take 1,5 days off which means one entire day and one afternoon. The days will be chosen by the client.

The woman cleans the house and takes care of the house linen.
The man will take care of the maintenance of the house, cleans the terraces does the shopping for the household, prepares breakfast he can also cook simple meals time permitting.

For a rental period from 2 weeks onwards there will be an additional cleaning lady. She also works 8 hours a day, 5 days per week and is also willing to do extra work.

DINING FACILITIES:
The inside dining table sits 14 people comfortably and 16 people if need be. The inside salon/dining room converts into a covered terrace in summer by simply removing the glass front by the push of a button.

All bedrooms have large window fronts that also can be removed completely and allow living inside the bedrooms like on covered terraces. This is especially wonderful for air-condition opponents.

The outside dining facilities can sit up to 26 people.
There is obviously enough porcelain, glasses and cutlery to serve all.
The same for bed linen, towels and table linen.

POOL:
The pool is 23 m x 4,5 m No chlorine is used. The water preparation system is based on salt. With no salty taste to the water.

This system is especially good for eyes, skin and hair.
There is a pool service that maintains the pool once or Twice per week if needed.

They usually come early in the morning and are therefore of no disturbance to the client.

Access must be allowed to ensure perfect water quality and hygiene.
For young children and babies there is also a pool alarm system at the client´s disposal.

GARDEN:
A large proportion of the property is landscaped to a very high standard with vast areas Of lawn. This affords regular maintenance. There will be two gardeners working in the Garden twice a week.

It is vital for the maintenance that access is allowed. If access is denied resulting damages will be charged to the tenants account.

ART:
The villa has one of the world’s largest, private collections of Eugenio Recuenco´s photographic Art.
There is also a paintings from Tilo Kaiser.
Three outside wall sculptures from Rosalie and one outside free standing sculpture from a Balinese sculptor called “ Sperm”.

INTERNET + TELEPHONE
The villa has wireless internet via satellite given it´s remote location.
The quantity contracted is 6 GB per month. This allows normal internet and e-mail use but not enough for down loading music, films or any other big files. As the internet is via satellite instabilities can occur.

There is no telephone offered to clients as everybody has mobile phones nowadays and a Spanish prepaid phone can easily be bought in town.

There is a Sony Vaio laptop for the use of the clients.
In case of no internet there will be a stick for the use of the clients as a fall back possibility. The stick has A capacity of 3 GB.

SECURITY SYSTEM:
The villa is protected with an inside and outside alarm system which is connected to an alarm company called Trablisa. They are the largest company and very close by. ( next to the airport and Villa is 7 min away from the airport)

The outside alarm. A perimeter alarm which allows tenants to move freely around the house and terraces whilst being protected can be left on all the time and only needs to be interrupted when arriving or leaving the villa by car or wanting to leave the perimeter for a more extensive walk.

ELECTRCITY:
The villa´s electricity comes from two generators which run day and night and are silenced. They also need to be serviced and this is regularly and automatically done.

If access is denied the damages resulting from the denial will be charged to the tenant.

ANIMALS:
Animals are not allowed unless with prior consent by the landlord.

 

Booking Conditions:

To secure a booking for the season in 2018 need to make part of the deposit of 50%, and the remaining 50% 8 weeks before arrival
