With a spacious master bedroom on the ground floor and 4 very comfortable guest bedrooms downstairs it is perfectly suited for families or groups of friends. The original infinity swimming pool of this gorgeous villa is built with two rectangularly shaped windows facing the lounge located downstairs. Perhaps the most unforgettable feature, however, is the unparalleled views from the roof-top Villa Cala Salada terrace with its newly built professional barbecue: the perfect place to relax watching the beautiful sea or simply getting a suntan.

Cleaning, Towels…
The guests are provided with 2 shower towels and 1pool towel each, changed once a week. Extra cleaning can be contracted for the duration of your stay. Garden and pool service: twice a week.

Cancelations

In case of cancellation the following rates will be applied:

Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total price

Cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival: 70% of the total price

Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 80% of the total price

Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the of the total price

Your Booking Payments
50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment 8 weeks before the arrival together with the damage deposit of 3000 € which is to be refunded up to 14 day after your check out.

Animals / Pets
The property doesn´t allow pets.

Arrival / Departure
The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is also possible subject to availability.
