There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open fireplace and a dining area. Outside, the gardens are very well-maintained guaranteeing ultimate comfort. Here, everything is arranged so that you can just relax and enjoy your stay.
This villa will make you feel like a true VIP. Safe, relaxed and secluded, you have panoramic views on the surrounding scenery.
Villa Catalina is from the same owner as Villa Angela  which is situated just 50m down the hill. Renting both beautifulvillas is ideal for bigger groups/families.

Rooms Description
The house comprises of 4 double bedrooms with and air conditioning. All rooms are set facing the south, to make the best of the sun and sea views. There are 2 Twin bedrooms including rustic furniture (wardrobe, bedsides and blue and white linen), and 2 Queen Bedrooms offering a comfy bed placed between wooden bedsides and a balcony with sliding glass doors.

Baths
There are 4 complete big bathrooms in the house including toilet, sinks and bath or shower tray. The bathrooms are equipped with mirrors, towels, toiletries and toilet paper.

Kitchen
Downstairs there is a large fully fitted rustic kitchen with stove, kettle, dishwasher, wooden dining table, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge and teapots.

Living Room
In the first floor there is a wide living room including a dining area with fireplace. Moreover, there are cozy blue sofas placed in front of the TV, Video and Satellite.

Others
The property offers a covered barbecue area ideal for “Al Fresco” lunches offering and American bar, fridge, stove and sink. There is also an outdoor bathroom with toilet and shower.

Cleaning, Towels…
There is a general cleaning offered the day of arrival, and another one at the check out.

Our attractive Mediterranean villa ensures a pleasant and entertaining vacation in protected woodlands with kidney shaped pool with fountains and waterfalls surrounded by sunbeds and amazing country views.

Cancelations
Cancellations must be at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund.

Your Booking Payments
50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 1,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).

Animals / Pets
We regret to inform you that big pets are not allowed in this property. Please contact the owners to have small pets.

Arrival / Departure
The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is available on request based on our occupancy levels. We would encourage you to inform us of the details of your stay so that we can give you better advise.
